The cost of custom-made boxes depends on:
- Materials used: bookboard of different density / type of paper: bookbinding veneer, waterproof paper, flock;
- Printing type: digital printing / offset printing / screen printing / hot stamping;
- The volume of packaging circulation. The larger the package, the lower the cost per item.
When ordering the minimum amount of packaging, you must take into account that the cost of all preparatory work for production processes will be included in the cost of the ordered boxes. In summary, the greater the number of packages, the lower the unit cost of their production will be at the end.
We do not have limitations on the ordered quantity. We have professional equipment that allows us to carry out many production processes – cutting, stamping, gluing – in an optimal time. We produce large volumes.
Yes. In the case of the production of any type of custom-made cardboard packaging, the rule applies – the larger the quantity you order, the lower the unit cost of the packaging will be.
At the moment, we do not have a finished product warehouse, so all the products are individually made, according to individual order.
